The service was very good and the breakfast was excellent although the coffee was abysmal but, if asked, they will bring a cappuccino which was very good.
The lifts were undergoing improvements and only one lift was working throughout our stay and, at one stage, even that wasn't working!

Spotless and welcoming rooms with very good hairdryer, food delicious. Nice design. Brilliant location to Air Nightclub. Plenty of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

Highly Recommend it for Group Gatherings
The staff at breakfast were fantastic, they ensured we had everything we needed, even went out of their way to provide special meals for the kids! BIG THANKS TO PATSY THE HOUSEKEEPER who assisted our every morning, always great just.
It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, it's worth every penny.

The Bath and the Shower pressure was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, Queen size bed as standard which was fab!!.
Unfortunately, when it came to lights out, light was beaming through the gap undernaeth the door, was very irritating, had to place a pillow at the door to block out the light. Wall's in bathroom should be a lot cleaner.

Friendly staff, quiet very spacious room
Really dirty toilet, ingrained dirt on toilet seat and dirty fridge and unhoovered floor. Very poor value for money for food in hotel, expensive and food pretty bad,

Were upgraded to a fab room by the most wonderful professional welcoming Receptionist : adam schielke deserves much praise for being a wonderful ambassador for the Marriott Hotel. An excellent stay thanks to Adam. Excellent hotel. Anon Birmingham
Did not like having to pay £10 for parking - if you stay at a luxury hotel this should be waived, and guests only pay who dine there.

Welcoming and informative reception staff, clean and lovely decorated room
the only complaint I would have is that it didnt have free WiFi in the rooms, infact it only had WiFi in the communial areas and it was quite expensive. My husband stays in many hotels throughout the year on business and was shocked that he could not access the internet in our room exept using the modem

Customer service was superb. We arrived at 11am to drop off our luggage before heading off for a family party. Our room was swiftly cleaned so we could use it even though check in was not until 2pm. My 10 year old absent mindedly left her coat behind after we checked out and this was posted on to us the next day. Staff were all v friendly in gym, restaurant & reception. Our room was good size for 2 adults & child.
Pool is pretty small but was fine for overnight stay.
